Riedell & Son is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Osterville, MA. No previous duct cleaning experience is required — we're willing to train the right person. You'll work directly in customers' homes cleaning and maintaining HVAC duct systems, helping improve indoor air quality and keep HVAC systems operating efficiently. If you're dependable, hands-on, comfortable working with tools, and enjoy providing great customer service, this could be a great opportunity to learn a new trade and grow with our team. What You'll Do Clean residential HVAC duct systems, vents, registers, and related components Operate professional duct cleaning equipment, including vacuums and rotary brushes Maintain clean, organized jobsites while respecting customers' homes Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions about the work being performed Follow company safety procedures and service standards Complete service reports and document work accurately Assist with basic HVAC maintenance and other tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous duct cleaning or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined or elevated spaces Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with tools and equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Pride in doing quality work Why Join Riedell?
