Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across various residential and projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality building projects while honing your craftsmanship skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to accurately cut, assemble, and install windows, doors, frames, trim carpentry, and related fixtures. Handle glass materials carefully during transportation, cutting, fitting, and installation to ensure safety and precision. Perform heavy lifting of windows, doors, glass panels, and other materials safely while following proper lifting techniques. Seal gaps using caulking or weatherproofing techniques to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on window and door installation or related carpentry work. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, measuring tapes, as well as power tools used in fabrication and installation processes. Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces; commitment to safety protocols at all times.
