Direct Hire | Full-Time Keep Advanced Manufacturing Running at Its Best Are you a skilled maintenance technician with experience troubleshooting CNC equipment? Join a growing precision manufacturing team where your expertise in machine repair, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability will have a direct impact on production success. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Support machine installations, upgrades, and equipment modifications Assist with PLC, robotics, and automation-related maintenance activities Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and critical replacement components Help develop maintenance schedules and support equipment reliability initiatives What We're Looking For Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics Experience with industrial electrical components, including motors, relays, contactors, breakers, and transformers Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Benefits
