Job Description

Second Shift 2:30 PM-10:30 PM, Monday -

Friday Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated, hardworking and energetic individual with an eye for detail that takes initiative and welcomes responsibility. The successful candidate is responsible for all phases of cleaning and maintenance of the facilities interior, exterior and grounds as directed. These duties will include but are not limited to: daily floor care, dusting, restroom cleaning and sanitation, cleaning of fixtures and furniture, interior and exterior trash removal, window cleaning, painting, snow removal and additional tasks as necessary to ensure all facilities are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and readiness.

Other facilities maintenance skills:

painting, light electrical, carpentry, plumbing are desirable.

Required:

The job hours do switch to 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM during non school periods, (vacation weeks and summer months)
