Sign Installer / Field Installation Technician Full-Time | $25/hour | Monday-Friday | Braintree, MA Signarama Braintree is looking for a skilled, dependable Sign Installer / Field Installation Technician to join our team. Our installers play an important role in our company. They are the final step in bringing a project to life and are often the face of Signarama in the field, interacting with customers, contractors, property managers and construction supervisors. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and understands that a great sign is only as good as its installation. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems and seeing a job through to completion. Schedule & Benefits $25/hour, full-time Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Some installations may occasionally require an earlier start or working later than 5:00 PM based on job-site requirements Health insurance coverage Paid vacation Paid holidays Free lunch every Wednesday What You'll Do Install a variety of interior and exterior signage, including occasional wall and window vinyl graphics Safely use power tools, hand tools, fasteners, anchors and mounting systems Work from ladders and aerial lifts and be comfortable working at heights Handle the variety of hands-on work that comes with sign installation, which occasionally includes digging holes, setting posts and pouring concrete foundations for signs Work outdoors year-round in varying New England weather conditions Accurately measure, level, align and position signage Troubleshoot installation challenges and make sound decisions in the field Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, construction supervisors and other trades Care for company vehicles, tools and equipment Represent Signarama Braintree professionally on every job site What We're Looking For Experience using power tools, hand tools and different types of fasteners and anchors Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable with ladders, aerial lifts, heights and physical, hands-on work Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Professional and comfortable interacting with customers and construction professionals Someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, safely and efficiently Sign installation, construction, carpentry, electrical, fabrication or similar trade experience is a plus Sign industry experience is not required. We're interested in people with strong hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude who are willing to learn the sign-specific aspects of the job.
