PM Location :

Brewster, MA Compensation :

$19.75•$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Maintain Latham Centers' facilities, grounds, and properties Perform plumbing, heating, electrical, and carpentry repairs Manage automotive maintenance for school vehicles Maintain grounds and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed Collaborate with staff while respecting student environments and interactions Provide care to students with disabilities as needed Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor Be available for occasional on-call maintenance issues

Qualifications :

High School Diploma required with maintenance experience Skills in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing Valid driver's license
