Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, machine repair, troubleshooting, parts replacement, equipment modification, and maintenance documentation in a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial machinery. Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment breakdowns. Experience repairing and servicing production machinery. Experience removing, cleaning, reinstalling, and replacing machine components. Knowledge of lubrication and routine machine servicing procedures. Experience identifying worn, damaged, or failed machine parts. Experience installing replacement machine components. Ability to document maintenance and repair activities. Ability to maintain parts, tools, supplies, and maintenance inventory. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and access machinery for service work. Ability to visually inspect machinery. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Experience modifying machinery for new products or production requirements. Experience performing machine test runs after repairs or modifications. Experience coordinating scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Experience working with plant engineering or manufacturing engineering on equipment changes. Experience maintaining maintenance parts and supply inventories. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled machine service. Clean machines and machine components. Remove and reinstall machine parts as required for service and maintenance. Oil and lubricate moving components. Identify and document damaged, worn, or broken parts. Order and install replacement machine parts. Diagnose causes of unexpected machine breakdowns. Repair production equipment and restore machines to operating condition. Prepare maintenance and repair reports. Maintain maintenance shop areas, tools, parts, and supplies. Perform inventory and stocking activities for maintenance materials. Coordinate machine maintenance schedules with production or plant management. Support machinery changes required for new products or manufacturing processes. Modify equipment and perform test runs after changes. Make additional machinery adjustments based on test results.
Pay:
