Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of property repairs that may arise such as Painting Repairing or Replacing appliances Cleaning Working with tenants Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals. Install, upgrade, and maintain appliances and mechanical equipment in commercial or residential settings. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools or equipment as needed. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex mechanical problems and implement effective solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on property repair and maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or similar equipment. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
