Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to join our rapidly growing company near Danvers, MA. This is a full-time, permanent position on the first shift.

Starting Pay:

$28•$34/hr (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

High SchoolResponsibilities Preventative Maintenance:

Scheduling and performing routine inspections and servicing on machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Repairs & Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing malfunctions, disassembling machinery, and repairing or replacing worn/damaged parts.

Technical Work:

Operating electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as performing welding or fabrication for repairs.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, including time, parts, and materials used in a CMMS or log.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Facility Upkeep:
