Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Ford Dealership Porter, Shuttle Driver, Parts Driver, and General Maintenance sweep floors, fill consumables, soap, paper etc. Trips to post office, bank, vehicle shuttles, pickups, move vehicles around the lot. In this energetic role, you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth vehicle flow, exceptional customer service, and efficient dealership operations. Your driving expertise and skills will keep our dealership running seamlessly while providing outstanding support to our team and customers. Duties Safely transport vehicles within the dealership premises, including shuttle services for customers and staff, ensuring timely and secure movement. Deliver parts to various external vendors with precision and professionalism, adhering to local driving routes and traffic regulations. Assist with general maintenance tasks such as vehicle cleaning, fluid checks, tire pressure monitoring, and minor repairs to keep our fleet in top condition. Operate passenger vehicles including vans, limousines, or shuttle buses while complying with state transportation regulations and passenger safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and drop-offs, ensuring a positive experience. Perform heavy lifting tasks related to parts handling or vehicle movement safely using proper manual handling techniques. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, maintenance activities, and client interactions to support dealership operations. Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or shuttle driver is highly preferred; familiarity with GPS navigation systems is essential for efficient routing. Experience operating passenger vehicles such as vans, trucks and cars; Knowledge of local driving routes, and adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations is required. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination are necessary for success in this role.
