About the Role Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled Master Craftsman / Handyman to join our team in South Easton, MA. In this role, you will help local homeowners maintain, repair, and improve their homes. We take care of the marketing, scheduling, and administrative work so you can focus entirely on your craft. What You Will Do On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential properties in the area to complete a variety of small-to-medium home improvement projects. Our service territory covers most of the I-95, 495, and Route 24 triangle and beyond. Your success will be measured by your technical execution and your ability to build trust with customers.

Deliver High-Quality Repairs:

Perform tasks ranging from drywall patching, door installation, and trim carpentry to basic plumbing and electrical work (such as swapping out a faucet or light fixture). Problem Solve on

Site:

Evaluate repair needs, determine the most efficient and durable solutions, and explain the process clearly to the homeowner.

Manage Your Workday:

Review your scheduled jobs, arrive on time, keep clean work areas, and document completed projects through our system.

Build Customer Relationships:

Act as a trusted professional, answering homeowner questions and ensuring they are satisfied with the completed work before you leave. Professional Experience:

Solid background as a carpenter, craftsman, or general handyman with hands-on experience in home maintenance and remodeling.

Multi-Trade Knowledge:

Practical skills in at least three key areas, such as carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, flooring, basic plumbing, or basic electrical.

Tools:

Ownership of a standard set of professional hand and power tools.

Driver's License:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Communication Skills:

Ability to speak professionally and respectfully with customers in their homes. Nice-to-Haves These skills are not required, but they are a plus: Experience performing home inspections or creating job estimates. Specialized skills in finish carpentry, custom tile layout, or cabinetry.
