We design, fabricate, install and service a variety of interior/exterior commercial signs throughout New England. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Sign Installer/Service Technician, preferably with construction and electrical experience to join our growing team. If you want to utilize a range of technical skills and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, then this may be the position for you. Key Responsibilities Install interior and exterior signage according to work orders and deadlines Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and other documents to determine project specifications and installation requirements Verify that materials, tools, and vehicles are properly prepared for each installation Communicate delays, changes, project updates, or issues promptly to client and Installation / Service Coordinator Record job details in production software Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, equipment, and installation area Restock materials and supplies as needed Perform a quality check with the client after installation to ensure satisfaction Unload vehicles and properly store tools, materials, and equipment daily Required Qualifications
- Accurate measuring, leveling and alignment skills
- Positive communication with fellow workers and clients
- Attention to details, accuracy and workmanship
- Able to work independently
- Ability to troubleshoot and develop safe, effective solutions on-site
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive and work in a bucket truck
- High School or equivalent (Preferred) Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
- Handling heights up to 40' in an aerial lift
