JOB DESCRIPTION

Currently seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician who is a hardworking, technically skilled individual with a keen eye for detail, for a privately owned and managed, market rate Apartments located in Framingham.

JOB DUTIES

Apartment Turnovers Light electrical, carpentry & plumbing/ heating repairs Snow removal a must (with our equipment) Preventative Interior/exterior maintenance repairs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor but perform work independently in a timely manner. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in all phases of building and/or facilities maintenance and repair. Ability to successfully multi-task in a busy, time sensitive working environment. Valid Driver's License required with reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the complex. Ability to provide excellent Customer Service to residents. Must be available for Roatating on-call schedule, emergency /on call situations. Well groomed/ Clean apperance. 40 Hours plus possible overtime. Able to lift over 40 lbs. Able to work efficiently to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
