What You'll Do:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, and automation equipment Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to test electrical systems Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning Maintain accurate maintenance records Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures Work with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance
What We're Looking For:
Strong PLC troubleshooting experience - REQUIRED 2-5+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with automation equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Associate degree/technical certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
Schedule & On-Call:
Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Some flexibility with the schedule Technicians participate in an on-call rotation for night-shift equipment issues On-call schedule and additional pay will be discussed during the interview May require occasional overtime, weekends, or additional support based on production needs
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work around noise, heat, and moving machinery Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces when needed

Pay:
