Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Siding, Windows, and Deck Installer! In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in transforming outdoor spaces and building exteriors with precision and craftsmanship. You'll work outdoors in various environments, utilizing your construction experience to install siding, windows, decks, and related features that enhance the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial properties. This position offers a chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment while contributing to high-quality renovation and new construction projects. Duties Measure, cut, and install siding materials including vinyl, metal, stucco, and other exterior cladding to ensure durable and visually appealing facades. Install windows of various types, ensuring proper sealing, alignment, and insulation for energy efficiency and weather resistance. Construct decks using wood, composite materials, or metal framing according to project specifications and safety standards. Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, caulking guns, and nail guns to complete installations efficiently. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements. Follow all construction safety protocols including the use of safety harnesses, ladder safety procedures, and heavy lifting techniques to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct roofing repairs involving single-ply membrane roofing systems or metal roofing when necessary for project completion. Perform finishing tasks such as trim carpentry, caulking, tile laying, or masonry work to achieve a polished look. Collaborate with team members on site to ensure projects are completed on time while adhering to all workplace safety regulations. Assist with remodeling projects that may include framing carpentry or handyman tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in siding installation, window installation, deck building, or related construction fields. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of construction safety standards including the use of safety harnesses and ladder safety practices. Skilled in operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with roofing repair—especially single-ply membrane roofing—and metal roofing is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during material handling and installation tasks. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred. Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and protocols. Additional skills such as stucco application, tile laying, masonry work, or trim carpentry are a plus.
