A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facility systems for our client's location in Haverhill, MA . This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, assisting with equipment repairs, and helping ensure production operations run safely and efficiently.

Available as needed Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on production machinery and equipment. Support general facility maintenance and repair projects. Maintain maintenance, production, and operational records. Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of maintenance parts and supplies. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional. Assist with equipment service, cleaning, and maintenance tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience working with industrial or manufacturing equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment. Valid driver's license required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and perform physical maintenance activities throughout the shift. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational school training is a plus.
