Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician/Handyman to support the upkeep and improvement of our multi-family residential properties. This position involves a variety of maintenance and light renovation work. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship. Duties Complete maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks for multi-family apartments. Perform light carpentry (finish work, trim, cabinets, doors), electrical, plumbing, and painting. Turn over units—making vacated or newly acquired apartments move-in ready. Ensure units and buildings meet safety standards (locks, alarms, smoke detectors, etc.). Use a mobile app for managing work orders and submitting receipts. Identify and report maintenance needs and complete assigned work orders promptly. Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in apartment maintenance Strong skills in: Finish carpentry and trim work Cabinet and door installation Light plumbing and light electrical repairs Strong work ethic: punctual, reliable, flexible Professional communication with residents, vendors and team members Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for work order management Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to travel daily within MA and NH territory Must pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check Must have own tools and reliable vehicle Ability to meet the

Physical Demands:

Know Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am. to 4:00 pm On-call required on a rotating schedule

Pay:
