St. Marys Parish General MaintenanceThis position entails comprehensive responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep ofthe interior and exterior spaces at St. Marys Church and Rectory, St. Josephs Church and B&B,St. Mary of the Lakes Church and two cemeteries. Duties include plowing, shoveling, andtreatment of walkways and entryways at the rectory, churches, and B&B. During the summermonths, responsibilities will also include lawn maintenance at these properties and on the St.

Marys School grounds.

This position will provide minor repairs at all sites and includes meeting with outside inspectorsfor yearly inspections.

Working hours align with Mass schedules and special events, such as weddings, funerals, andbaptisms. As responsibilities may shift based on seasonal needs, adaptability is essential.

Furthermore, support to the school will be provided as necessary. Daily coordination will takeplace with the Parish Secretary.
