Job Description

Maintenance Technician Pay:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour
Shifts:
1st & 2nd Shift Available Join a Great Maintenance Team! We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently, this could be a great opportunity for you. You'll work with a variety of automated, manual, and CNC equipment while using your electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated, manual, and CNC manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot PLCs, control systems, relays, I/O modules, VFDs, inverters, transformers, switches, safety circuits, and AC/DC motors Work with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics Troubleshoot automated systems, including servo systems, motion controls, homing routines, I/O status, and control architecture Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Use
CMMS/SAP
Maintenance Module to document repairs, complete PM tasks, and manage maintenance schedules Analyze equipment failures and identify ways to improve equipment performance and reliability Perform Root Cause Counter Measures (RCCM) on recurring equipment issues Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives through training and development Use precision tools including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, and multimeters Identify replacement components using nameplates, manufacturer specifications, and OEM manuals Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Arc Flash requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role Strong knowledge of electrical controls, power distribution, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, AC/DC motors, heating circuits, PID logic, and 3-phase power Experience with motion control systems, servo drives, motors, and encoders PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with a CMMS; SAP experience is a plus Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with computers and maintenance software Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Technical school or industrial maintenance training preferred LOTO and Arc Flash training preferred Why You'll Like This Opportunity $30-$35 per hour 1st and 2nd shift opportunities Work with a variety of modern manufacturing equipment Hands-on role with opportunities to use and expand your technical skills Be part of a team focused on equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement #
