This position is a
DIRECT HIRE ROLE
from day one
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structure, pipe and electrical systems Following specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings\ Using hand tools, power tools, engine lathes and milling machines hoists, cranes, and measuring and testing instruments. Fabricate and/or modify machinery and parts as necessary Visually Inspects and tests machinery or equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment Listens for unusual sounds from machinery or equipment to detect malfunctions and discuss machine operations variations with manager to diagnose problem or repair equipment. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired, following specification and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand or power tools Cleans and lubricants shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery. Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic, and repairs and or replace and or replace gages, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Repairs and maintains Physical structures Installs new equipment and machinery to blueprints and other specification. Installs, Programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment using programmable controllers. Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Fabricates and repairs benches, partitions or other wooden structures. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment throughout manufacturing facility, utilizes PM software for updating data Janitorial, light grounds keeping and snow removal.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance mechanic experience Knowledge of metals, precious metals Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment Ability to read blueprints Good communication skills Hours are: Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm The rate of pay is up to $30.00 to $32.00 an hour based on experience
