Full-Time Koopman Lumber is looking for a customer-focused Window & Door Showroom Sales Customer Experience Specialist to support homeowners, contractors, and other customers in our Whitinsville showroom. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable learning window and door products, quoting systems, and parts. What You'll Do Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries. Help customers identify window and door products, parts, and replacement options. Support warranty and service requests. Prepare accurate quotes for doors and smaller window projects. Gather customer information and generate leads for larger projects. Follow up on showroom leads and customer requests. Support customers referred by the Outside Sales Team. Maintain showroom displays, samples, and product literature. Obtain customer approvals for window, door, and parts orders. Continue building product knowledge through training and development.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience in sales, building materials, windows and doors, or a related field preferred. Ability to ask questions, understand customer needs, and recommend solutions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and quoting software. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Saturday availability as needed. All employees are expected to follow all Koopman company policies and procedures, safety requirements, and established operating standards. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
