Paradigm Partners is looking for a full-time seasoned initiative-taking, dependable, and honest person with property maintenance skills who can work independently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily maintenance of interior & exterior of multifamily buildings. Patching holes and painting; troubleshooting general plumbing, heating & electrical Issues. After-Hours maintenance calls as required. Other duties as assigned. Experience in heating/AC, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry repairs, painting, and general building maintenance required. Cell phone, reliable vehicle, computer & email skills required. This position requires you to be on call for emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule. Regular hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Must have own tools, we will provide any necessary specialized tools.
• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• High school or equivalent education.
