Maintenance Technician -

Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends/on-call as needed We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing resident work orders, and ensuring apartments and common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely manner Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems Prepare apartments for new residents, including minor repairs and touch-ups Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical areas Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance programs Maintain a safe, clean, and professional property Provide excellent customer service to residents Qualifications Previous apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance experience preferred General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Good communication and customer-service skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties
