Full-time entry level position for highly motivated, dependable person with diverse skills and a strong work ethic. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Daily janitorial and restocking duties
  • Maintain and service equipment and building systems
  • Maintain exterior and interior property including landscaping and snow removal
  • Warehouse work including receiving deliveries and operation of forklifts
  • Miscellaneous cleaning, painting, refinishing, and repairs
  • Interfacing with and assisting clients in a professional manner
  • Occasional driving required
  • Must be comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities change daily.
Ability to adapt a must The ideal candidate will possess a "can-do attitude", be able to follow direction, have good problem-solving skills and be a detail-oriented person. Must have the flexibility to work overtime, evening and/or weekend hours, as well as during snow or property emergencies as needed. Mechanical aptitude necessary. Some basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and troubleshooting / problem-solving skills helpful. On the job training provided. Applicants must be able to do heavy physical work and have the ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, crawl, crouch, kneel, stand, twist, and lean. This is a hands-on position in which you must be open to learning new skills. Candidate needs to possess good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a DOT medical card. A background check, TSA security clearance, and drug test are prerequisites. Military and/or vocational background a plus.
