This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair projects. Responsibilities Perform general building repairs and routine maintenance Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and patching projects Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinetry, and other facility items Assemble and install furniture, equipment, signage, and fixtures Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner Assist with preventative maintenance throughout our properties Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas Respond to maintenance needs across dealership locations as assigned Qualifications Previous handyman, property maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on assignments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working with tools Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance up to $50,000 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Community Impact Day - paid volunteer day Access to wages daily Why Mastria?
