Pay or shift range: $22 USD to $26 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

- Job Summary
- The Utilities Worker is responsible for performing a wide range of facility maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks across assigned sites This requires practical skills and knowledge in such trades as: plumbing, electrical, painting, light maintenance and construction activities. May also perform routine custodial work.
Pay Range:
- $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift:
- M-F 1:00 pm - 9:30pm
- Primary Job Functions
- + Perform general building repairs that do not require a specialized trade license, including painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing/bathroom repairs, door and hardware repair.

High School Diploma or equivalent + Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered- Experience

Job-related experienceWorking Conditions:
- + Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Effective and respectful communication and interactions with other employees, supervisors, individuals from other organizations. + Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. + Knowledge of general carpentry and maintenance as well as basic plumbing. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools. + Excellent organizational and time management skills.
