SHIFT:
One opening on 2nd shift working 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday thru
Friday PAY:
$25•34 an hour plus 15% shift differential and up to 10% monthly bonus potential Your Contribution Assists in the performance of all duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment/grounds of facility in good repair. Assist in production equipment PM's as needed following prescribed procedures.
Perform the following:
low voltage electrical repair and bulb replacement, including emergency signs and lighting, plumbing repairs and installations, airline repairs and installations, ceiling repairs and installations, door, wall, window, repairs and installations, painting, masonry installation and repair, floor repair and installation, and snow removal and treating sidewalks. Inspect building and grounds and report to facility manager any issues weekly. Responds to emergency call-ins. Performs all cleaning not covered by janitorial services. Your Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Four (4) year trade school or equivalent degree preferred. Solid maintenance background with three (3) to five (5) years hands on experience doing all aspects of industrial building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, low voltage electrical, painting, PM's and snow removal. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
