ESSNTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance The ideal maintenance technician candidate performs various community maintenance functions including but not limited to: Light bulb changes/ Filter changes/ Lock repairs/changes/ Install/repair window coverings/ Caulking/ Painting/ Plastering/sanding/Pool maintenance/ Vinyl repair & installation/ Electrical and plumbing/ Tile, carpet, flooring/ Roofing, gutters, fasteners/ Ceiling leaks Inspects and helps coordinate all need make-ready repairs and services. Great customer service skills are a must to partner with this team and provide the best customer service to our residents. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good time management skills/ Strong customer service orientation/ Represent oneself and the company in a professional manner/ Must be able to use all types of hand and power tools.
