Responsibilities Include:

Perform maintenance requests and work orders as assigned. All aspects of commercial maintenance (i.e. carpentry, repairs, painting, replace light bulbs, etc.). parking lot cleaning/picking up trash. Sweeping/cleaning. Occasional shoveling of snow. Ability to handle light electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues which may include checking temperatures and repairing heat pump leaks. Changing ceiling tiles. Checking roof leaks. Performing minor repairs which may include repairing broken door handles and locks. Moving desks/filing cabinets. Installing shelving/hanging pictures/boards. Good customer service skills needed. Report to property managers and keep informed on all building/tenant issues. Assess situations/issues and problem solve.

Requirements:

Experience/working knowledge of HVAC systems. Light electrical and plumbing skills. Must have transportation/vehicle. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Monday through Friday with periodic on-call. Strong communication/customer service skills. Three plus years experience desirable. Background check required.
