About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our production team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex manufacturing machinery. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and power transmission to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute repairs on diverse industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous production flow. Perform precision machining tasks, including the operation of lathes, milling machines, and drill presses, to fabricate or repair necessary components. Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected failures. Implement and uphold 5S standards and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workspace efficiency. Ensure all mechanical interventions and equipment installations comply with strict quality management systems and safety protocols. Manage pipe fitting, welding, and equipment dismantling tasks as required to support facility infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation and utilize digital systems for inventory and maintenance tracking. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in reading technical schematics and following complex written or verbal instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally. Strong color vision and attention to detail. Possession of a personal set of standard mechanical tools. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software. Prior certification or formal training in industrial maintenance or machine shop operations. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-output production setting.
