Responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, and appearance of residential properties. This position performs routine maintenance, responds to daily resident service requests, prepares vacant apartments for new move-ins, and helps ensure all property systems are operating efficiently. Janitorial cleaning of real estate property - cleaning of common areas, hallways, and bathrooms; cutting lawns; painting of apartments; working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring and general maintenance issues. Some after-hours and/or weekend hours will be required for emergencies. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m with 1-hour lunch break. Clean driving record required. Taunton residence a huge plus.
