Job Description
Job description We are looking to hire a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. If autonomy and consistent work is something you seek, this is the position for you. This person will be responsible for the following tasks: Daily maintenance requests of both commercial and residential properties including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry Diagnosing deficiencies and providing recommendations on how to resolve issues and implementing these recommendations, when applicable Budgeting and planning Preventative Maintenance scheduling and completion of items Providing updates and timelines on completion of projects Develop relationships with outside vendors and negotiate rates for projects Fleet vehicle maintenance Completion of checklists and auditing forms, as needed After-hours calls, as needed Miscellaneous tasks, as needed Our ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: Self-starter who stays structured and organized Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing schedules quickly A broad skillset and the ability to wear many 'hats' on the job Takes accountability for performance Effective communication skills
