Private homeowner in Weston is seeking an experienced, dependable individual to help oversee and maintain several residences located on the same property. This is a part-time position of approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility when needed for vendor appointments, repairs, or property-related issues.

Responsibilities include:

Regularly inspecting the homes and property to make sure systems are functioning properly Monitoring HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, irrigation, and other household systems Coordinating, meeting, and supervising outside vendors and contractors Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems Performing minor repairs, touch-up painting, light carpentry, and general maintenance Keeping track of routine and preventive maintenance Receiving deliveries and providing access to service providers when necessary Watching over the property when the owners are away Serving as a reliable point person for day-to-day property matters The ideal candidate will be organized, mechanically inclined, trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working independently. Experience as a facilities manager, building superintendent, contractor, property manager, estate caretaker, or skilled tradesperson would be particularly valuable. Preference will be given to candidates who live in or near Weston, Wayland, Sudbury, Waltham, Lincoln, Concord, Natick, or the surrounding MetroWest area. This could be an excellent position for an experienced professional seeking steady part-time work with a long-term private client.
