This is a combined Maintenance Technician and Warehouse Associate position offering a diverse range of responsibilities. You will be responsible for both maintenance tasks at the company's facility and at various real estate properties in the surrounding area, including the Boston area, as well as general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance:

Performing light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Plastering, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. Traveling to various real estate locations, including Boston, to perform maintenance.

Warehouse:

Shipping and receiving. Picking and packing orders. Stocking and organizing inventory. General warehouse upkeep and organization.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening. Demonstrated experience in maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Prior experience in warehouse operations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required due to travel). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Hours are:
