Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents at Christopher House, a 150-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Worcester, Massachusetts? As a Floor Care Technician, you will play a vital role in our housekeeping team, ensuring the upkeep of our facility and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. About the

Role:

As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including floors, corridors, and common areas.

Your duties will include:

Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment Disinfecting and restocking bathrooms , including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables in a responsible and eco-friendly manner Partnering with our maintenance team to address facility needs and report any issues or concerns Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents

Requirements:

5 years of experience in a healthcare or housekeeping setting (training provided) Ability to lift, bend, and move furniture as needed Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong commitment to our team Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
