The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and improvements to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while supporting production and maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities \~ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment. \~ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. \~ Identify equipment issues and make necessary repairs to minimize production downtime. \~ Support improvements to production equipment and processes. \~ Follow all company safety procedures, maintenance standards, and applicable regulations. \~ Perform maintenance work efficiently and within established budgets. \~ Work closely with supervisors, production personnel, and other maintenance team members. \~ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs. \~ Use appropriate tools, equipment, and testing devices to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. \~ Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with restoring production operations. \~ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications \~ Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar role preferred. \~ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. \~ Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. \~ Ability to read and understand equipment documentation, schematics, and technical information. \~ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. \~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \~ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. \~ Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies. \~ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
