Job Title:
Maintenance Mechanic Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support our food manufacturing operation in Woodland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment. Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues. Work with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other production machinery. Troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 110V to 480V. Perform equipment installation, fabrication, and repair work. Complete MIG and Stick welding when needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM logs, and repair documentation. Essential Skills Strong mechanical experience and industrial maintenance experience. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues. Experience with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other production machinery. Knowledge of electrical systems ranging from 110V to 480V. Capability in equipment installation, fabrication, and repair work. Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding. Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records, PM logs, and repair documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing. Experience with conveyors and packaging equipment. Flexibility to work day, swing, or graveyard shifts. Experience troubleshooting 110V to 480V electrical systems. Fabrication experience. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
