Job Description
Multicraft Maintenance Technicians Needed! Direct Placement| All Shifts| Paying up to 37/hr!! Job Description As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems such as rollers, bearings, seals, air lines, hydraulic lines, belts, and conveyors. You will also troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including sensors, switches, light curtains, and safety circuits. Additionally, you will assist with PLC, drives, and other controls replacements and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery by cleaning and replacing pumps, filters, and belts. Logging all activity in the IMaintenance CMMS system is essential. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including rollers, bearings, seals, air lines, hydraulic lines, belts, and conveyors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems such as sensors, switches, light curtains, and safety circuits. Assist with PLC, drives, and other controls replacements. Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery by cleaning and replacing pumps, filters, and belts. Log all maintenance activity in the IMaintenance CMMS system. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting. Experience with troubleshooting 24V-480V systems in industrial production machines. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical components and hydraulic systems. Provide a basic hand tool set. Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice to have pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Nice to have PLC troubleshooting experience using laptops. Nice to have welding experience for custom fabrication needs. Nice to have direct experience with corrugated manufacturing machinery. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisburg, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
