Maintenance Technician Pay Rate - $30/hr.+ (night shift) Job Description This role is a multi-craft industrial maintenance technician position in a manufacturing and production environment. You perform both mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize downtime on production equipment, carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance tasks while consistently following all safety protocols and precautions. You work with a variety of hand and power tools to keep machinery operating efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations. Conduct reactive maintenance to quickly address equipment failures and restore functionality. Carry out preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns and extend equipment life. Troubleshoot industrial machinery and systems to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including inspection, repair, and adjustment of components. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance and repair tasks. Follow all safety protocols and precautions related to maintenance duties, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Document maintenance activities as required to support equipment history, reliability, and compliance. Collaborate with production and other maintenance team members to prioritize work and support efficient manufacturing operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Essential Skills Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment and systems. Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs on production machinery. Ability to perform electrical repairs on industrial equipment within safety guidelines. Knowledge of hydraulics and ability to maintain and repair hydraulic systems. Knowledge of pneumatics and ability to maintain and repair pneumatic systems. Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools. Commitment to following all safety protocols and precautions related to maintenance work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Any education related to the maintenance industry is considered a bonus. Any certifications related to industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or electrical maintenance are considered a bonus. Background in industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance is highly beneficial. Willingness to work night shift hours from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Monett, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
