Job Description
Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing work orders at the start of each shift, conducting preventative maintenance on baking ovens and packing machines, and inspecting and testing machinery components such as bearings, gears, and shafts. You will work extensively with conveyors and ovens in a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities Review work orders at each shift. Perform preventative maintenance on baking ovens and packing machines. Inspect and test machinery components including bearings, gears, and shafts. Work with conveyors and ovens. Provide maintenance support at both the new bakery in Lavista and the original bakery location. Essential Skills Experience in maintenance and electrical work. Experience in machinery setup, repair, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or production setting. Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Electrical and welding/fabricating experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1 year of experience setting up, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting. 6+ months of electrical and welding/fabricating experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
