Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Pay:

$26 per hour Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA). This position requires advanced, hands-on plumbing skills as well as broad residential maintenance experience. You must be able to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, and drains. Complete general repairs involving drywall, painting, carpentry, doors, and other building components. Respond to work orders and determine the cause of maintenance problems. Communicate professionally with residents and staff while working in occupied homes. Required qualifications Advanced plumbing repair experience. Basic plumbing knowledge alone is not sufficient for this position. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems and complete repairs independently. Broad residential or property maintenance experience beyond plumbing. Ability to manage work orders and complete repairs with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance and availability for the full Monday-Friday schedule.

Pay:

$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
