Job Description

Rushmore Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to our residents. Salary:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Completing maintenance tickets in a timely and professional manner. Must be knowledgeable in the basics of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, drywall patching and repair, and other general maintenance tasks as they arise. Communicating with the Property Manager and Service Manager and working closely with team members to complete service requests and unit make-readies with quality workmanship and attention to detail. Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies. Maintaining the property shop in a clean, safe, and organized manner. Sharing knowledge with team members and supporting one another to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for residents. Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficiency. Identifying and addressing potential maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Knowledgeable in all areas of construction. Must have a reliable vehicle. Must possess and bring their own hand tools. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
