Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Short Term Rental Maintenance and Cleaning Technician! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring our short-term rental properties are impeccably maintained, thoroughly cleaned, and ready to welcome guests. Your proactive approach will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of property upkeep, safety, and functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on maintenance skills with customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment. All work performed is paid, recognizing your valuable contribution to our team. Duties Conduct thorough cleaning of properties between guest stays, ensuring cleanliness and presentation meet company standards. Repair and troubleshoot maintenance issues using hand tools. Only light maintenance skills expected.
