Job Description

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on aseptic processing and packaging equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues to restore equipment operation safely and efficiently
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
  • Diagnose equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
  • Support the maintenance of automated production systems, including PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, servo-driven systems, process control equipment, conveyors, cartoners, case packers, and palletizers
  • Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and preventive maintenance records accurately and timely
  • Partner with Production and Reliability teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and increased reliability
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including Safety, Food Safety, GMP, Quality, and Environmental requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Participate in technical training and cross-functional development opportunities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or aseptic processing environment; OR
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field with applicable maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
  • Ability to work a 12-hour continental shift schedule, including nights, holidays, and every other weekend.
Pay Range:
