Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation. Conduct appliance repair and installation, including commercial kitchen appliances and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) equipment. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently. Maintain and service mechanical systems such as air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment to meet safety standards. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple locations while adhering to all transportation regulations. Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities by managing inventory levels and ordering necessary parts or supplies. Collaborate with team members on construction projects or upgrades that involve mechanical systems or building infrastructure. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety protocols and industry standards; document repairs and inspections thoroughly. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC system repair, refrigeration, appliance repair, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring layouts. Service technician experience with appliances, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology along with experience in air conditioning installation and repair. Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and techniques. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed. Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), construction projects, or equipment repair tasks. Leadership qualities to guide junior technicians when necessary; strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
