Lead Fence Installer — Cockeysville, MD Stackus Fence is a growing, locally-owned fence installation company based in Cockeysville, MD, serving Baltimore County and the surrounding region (Towson, Timonium, Lutherville, Hunt Valley, Owings Mills, and more). We're looking for an experienced fence installer to step into a lead role on one of our crews. You'll start working closely with our Co-Owner/Field Supervisor to learn how we operate, with a clear path to running your own crew as Crew Lead starting next spring. What You'll Do Work directly under our Co-Owner/Field Supervisor for the first few months, learning our systems, standards, and customer expectations Lead a 3-4 person installation crew — directing daily work, keeping jobs on schedule, and maintaining quality Install wood, chain link, vinyl, and aluminum fencing for residential and commercial customers Advance into a permanent Crew Lead position as our company continues to grow What We Need 2+ years of hands-on fence installation experience (wood, chain link, vinyl, and aluminum) Reliable and punctual — able to be at our Cockeysville shop by 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work Valid driver's license Experience managing or mentoring other installers, or clear leadership potential Ability to work as a full-time W2 employee Pay & Details $25/hour to start, with room to grow as you take on more responsibility and as our company grows Full-time, W2 position — hours are not guaranteed, but you should expect 40+ hours per week during our season, with additional work opportunities available over the winter Based out of our Cockeysville shop Learn more about us at StackusFenceCo.com or check us out on Google, Facebook, and Instagram @stackusfenceco.
