Dundalk, Maryland Jones Networking is recruiting for a Maintenance and Groundskeeper to join a Residential Property Management Team in Dundalk, MD. This career opportunity requires experience and knowledge in keeping a residential area looking fantastic.Maintenance and Groundskeeper Position Summary:
- Responsible for servicing the property
- Conducts daily inspections of buildings and property
- Interacts with and be responsive to tenant and customer needs
- Monitor, control and executive all routine, special and preventive maintenance and service on the property.
Maintenance and Groundskeeper Qualifications Summary:
- Residential building maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic carpentry skills
- Trade school education is a plus
Pay:
$19.00- $20.
