Maintenance Tech - Elkton At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Tech to work with a leading wholesale company in Elkton. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of manufacturing facilities, including building, equipment, and grounds upkeep. Shift Patterns Sunday to Wednesday 5am to 3:30pm Sunday to Wednesday 11am to 9:30pm Wednesday to Saturday 11am to 9:30pm Pay Rates 20.75 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Maintenance Tech Ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely Understand and comply with safety management, EPA and OSHA policies, procedures, and programs Understand and use data from Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to complete proper and timely preventative maintenance, repairs, and record keeping Lift up to 50 lbs to 100 lbs Must be able to respond and perform physical demands of weather emergencies, work in confined spaces, and pass respirator fit tests Desirable requirements for Maintenance Tech High school diploma or GED; college coursework or continuing technical education preferred Previous warehouse experience Experience operating Material Handling Equipment Ability to accommodate flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays Role for Maintenance Tech Perform facility maintenance activities including building, equipment, and grounds upkeep Conduct battery replacement, testing, diagnosis, and troubleshooting Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and safety documentation Operate and maintain equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately Benefits for Maintenance Tech Professional stability in a fast-paced environment Opportunities for skill development in facility maintenance Exposure to diverse warehouse operations and safety protocols
