This is a great opportunity for someone with basic construction or handyman experience who wants consistent part-time work, wants to expand their skills, and has the potential to grow into a larger role with the company. Job Responsibilities Projects and responsibilities may include: Drywall repair and preparation Interior painting and touch-ups Caulking and basic repairs Installing hardware, fixtures, shelving, and accessories Demolition and debris removal Material pickup and jobsite preparation Loading and unloading tools and materials Assisting with doors, trim, flooring, and other installations Punch-list and property maintenance work Jobsite cleanup and organization Taking before and after project photos Assisting the lead technician with larger projects We work in residential properties, commercial buildings, and healthcare facilities, so professionalism and quality workmanship are extremely important. What We Are Looking For You do not need to know everything. We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable Has basic handyman, construction, maintenance, or remodeling experience Can follow instructions and complete assigned tasks Takes pride in their work Keeps a clean and organized jobsite Communicates well Is comfortable using basic hand and power tools Can safely lift and move construction materials Is willing to learn new skills Presents themselves professionally around customers and facility staff Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone Ability to travel to different jobsites throughout the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan area Ability to pass a background check when required for certain facilities Schedule Part-time, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. The schedule will vary depending on current projects. Typically, this position will work two to three full workdays per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the company continues to grow. Compensation Starting pay is $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience and ability. There is an opportunity for increased pay, additional hours, and advancement into a Lead Handyman or Technician position for someone who proves dependable and capable of completing projects independently.
