Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and maintaining school facilities. Essential Functions Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Assist with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, landscaping, drywall repair, carpentry, fixture installation, and moving furniture or materials throughout the facility. Assist with the setup and cleanup of school events, meetings, and activities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance duties. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff. Position Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $21.00,Hourly Benefits:
